It's not an essential tool for us. If we were to lose it tomorrow, it would be disappointing but we could always lean on Zoom Recordings if need be.
None really. It serves a need but is more like a vitamin than an aspirin. Our main use cases are good. The "recommended playlist" is good as well but it can be challenging for me and my team to find time to listen to them.
It hasn't been the best experience. Usually pretty responsive but not overly helpful except for getting basic answers to our questions.
Overall is a good tool for reviewing my team's client calls to offer recommendations. Individual team members find it valuable to share quick snippets with colleagues and customers.
