When we make calls within our company, they are automatically recorded and kept within Chorus.ai. We use these to listen back to our own calls, listen in on our colleagues' calls, and ask for coaching from our managers. It is being used across the sales department, I'm not sure if other departments are using it as well.
- The whole process is automatic, there's nothing additional for us to do.
- The website itself is clean and easy to navigate.
- Sometimes it's hard to tell whether a call's recording is transferring to Chorus.ai or not. If there is a delay I question whether it will end up there or not.
- More confidence on the phone since we can listen to other calls as well.
- Not needing to listen in on a call while it is "live" (which we did before Chorus.ai). Now we can listen at any time.
I think being able to listen back to your calls is very valuable, especially if you forgot to take notes on something or wanted to remind yourself what you said or what the other person on the phone said. It's great to have it documented (much like how you look back at emails to refresh your memory).
It was a very easy onboarding process at the individual level. We had a team zoom call with a rep and then I believe got instructions on how to set it up, and it was very easy.
