Much of the Angi sales department has adopted over the past 1-2 months and it has been helpful in doing call coaching and reviews. Works nicely for individual reps and teams continual education. The intuitive word tags and filtering capabilities are super convenient when trying to find a specific point in a conversation or related calls that have related points along the sales process.

  • Overall usability is easy for beginners to figure out.
