I am not sure if it is whole organization, but I used it a lot while onboarding. It was really really really helpful to listen to calls before I got on the phones myself. I also will go back and review my customer calls if I feel like I missed a detail needed. I also have a sales development rep, who has client calls sometimes that I can't always make. I will watch those calls to just make sure everything is good.
  • I like that you can listen to the calls and increase the speed to listen quickly.
  • I like that I don't have to do anything to record the call, it's just automatically done.
  • I like that you can see when you are talking v. when other people are talking.
  • Sometimes the download times are slow/buffering.
  • It can be difficult to find good calls to listen to when training.

It fits well with all the other technology I use in my job. It is not invasive or distracting, it's easy to use and access.
I am not sure. I am only sure of the ways I've used it, which was most helpful during my onboarding.
It's great in a sales role. Listening to sales calls and different reps pitch is really helpful. It may not be as suitable for internal calls I guess.
