Chorus.ai is a great tool for call reviews, coaching and skills development, and handoffs, and collaboration/knowledge sharing. It has helped me gain more confidence in presentation and forecasting. With Chorus.ai, I can focus on the client meeting rather than focusing on taking notes and know that with an accurate recording I can view the call later.

I have not used other products in previous workplaces but Chorus.ai definitely makes a huge difference.
Chorus.ai fits very well into the existing tech stack and compared to the other tools on the market, Chorus.ai would be the go-to tool.
Coaching would be a positive impact and learning from the team.
I have not had any experience working with the Chorus.ai customer support team. I have heard from colleagues that the response time is very quick and problems are solved within less than 3 hours.
