  • Voice of Customer & Disseminating Success Stories is a great tool for call reviews, coaching and skills development, and handoffs, and collaboration/knowledge sharing. It has helped me gain more confidence in presentation and forecasting. With, I can focus on the client meeting rather than focusing on taking notes and know that with an accurate recording I can view the call later.

I have not used other products in previous workplaces but definitely makes a huge difference. fits very well into the existing tech stack and compared to the other tools on the market, would be the go-to tool.
Coaching would be a positive impact and learning from the team.
I have not had any experience working with the customer support team. I have heard from colleagues that the response time is very quick and problems are solved within less than 3 hours.
A scenario where is well suited during large group meetings and being able to review the meeting notes and have the recording as a refresher.

A scenario where is less appropriate is perhaps a customer is sharing a personal story/information they do not want to share with externals.
