I personally find use in Chorus.ai by taking advantage of the tools enabled to easily locate, save, and review recordings. This tool allows new hires such as myself to become familiar with each process and structure that would help me become successful in my role. Without Chorus.ai, I wouldn't have as much confidence talking with my clients compared to one with company/employer background knowledge.

This fits because I am great with listening, then applying what I've learned to tasks. This compares because it is interactive and flexible to my needs.
It's great to be able to share recordings and create playlists and respective snippets.
