The snippet feature is essential for the CS team as well as the sales team. In every call we can mark pieces of each recording and share it with the entire organization for customer feedback purposes.

I think this should be an essential tool for every organization. It is helpful for new employees during onboarding- it gives them a deeper understanding on how interactions with clients go and most common questions the company gets. It’s just a beautiful tool.
