Yes, it is used for 1 on 1 coaching as well as reminders on what the call entailed. It is used mostly for the sales department.
  • On the computer app you can quickly get to the areas you need to hear.
  • It saves the important calls.
  • It's useful for training.
  • The phone app is awful. It crashes halfway through every call.
  • The app is constantly getting me and another rep confused.
The app should disregard the phone calls that last less than 2 minutes and focus on the phone calls that actually have substance. The phone app is really really bad. PLEASE overhaul it.
