Cross organizational use for coaching, training, note taking and reviews.
  • User interface for the most part.
  • Canned reports.
  • Recording quality.
  • Calendar integration.
  • User-driven keyword analysis.
  • AI surfaced keyword suggestions specific to me.
  • Navigation team hierarchies is clunky when the list is long.
  • Supports note taking.
Integrates well with Outlook calendars. Not currently integrated with our Salesforce instance (not sure if this is the product or us).

  • Employee recognition.
Training was led by a good facilitator but honestly the solution is so intuitive very little training was needed.
It’s fairly good for non-sales conversational intelligence, and it seems to be at least as good as other solutions on the market. Not perfect but fairly good.
