Our main focus is to record the calls, to over them to understand how well the team is taking care of customer queries. It's a great tool for coaching and understanding fillers, competitors word usage and overall talk time. Very easy to configure with CRM, sales enablement tools and easily invited to calls
  • Snippets can be made of recordings for further analysis.
  • Meta data search where you can search words used within a recording (not just title).
  • Longest monologue, talktime, mentions of words etc.
  • Transcript feature - needs AI to understand some of the commonly used words and not miss them or read them incorrectly.
  • Difficult to understand analytics/ usage dashboard.
  • Would like it be embedded inside CRM rather than being redirected to Chorus.ai's website to go through a recording.
  • Onboarding has become easy.
  • Sales and BD team can focus on driving the call rather than jotting the notes. It really makes a positive impact on call quality.
  • Monitoring recorded calls for quality control, you can give targeted support for growth with the goal of making each customer experience the best it can be.
We like Chorus.ai's sales support. The sales coaching and enablement features. We have outreach so it's good to see int between Chorus.ai and Outreach. It pulls call data from outreach and gives sales call analysis.
It was better able to transcribe the calls.
It integrates with our SF CRM, Outreach and meetings tool really well. We had not used anything like this before so can't compare the fresh tech it offers with any other tool. It has simplified a long and time-consuming process of logging calls for us. It has made coaching much more effective (putting comments, sharing moments and making snippets).

My team and I never had to raise an issue to CSM team. It has been a very easy-to-use tool and we've been able to transition within it smoothly. Our company's Sales Tech Manager has always reviewed Chorus.ai positively.
It is really well suited for all organizations. However, necessary if you've a growing sales and business development functions and not a lot of support from enablement teams. It really helps identifying areas of improvement, what is going right and what is hindering the best next step. It integrates well with CRM, Calendar, etc and gets all info available (title, deck presentation time, demo time etc). A much-needed tool in this era of remote selling
