Overall Satisfaction with Chorus by ZoomInfo
Chorus by Zoominfo gives a 10-point breakdown of every conversation that is easy for the sales team to review! The AI email breakdown after calls is my favorite feature. I copy and paste it every time and put it in the notes tab on HubSpot to refer to. It's also nice that it automatically adds to customer calls, and I don't have to remember to turn on the recording.

To be honest I don't use any of these features via Chorus by ZoomInfo and was never trained on them. I just use the recording and AI breakdown. I would say it has helped me realize I need to talk less and let the prospect talk more.
Chorus by ZoomInfo is integrated with Zoom. We use Zoominfo to get contacts from Linkedin Sales Nav to Hubspot / Salesloft. We didn't use a recording tool before Chorus by ZoomInfo and were just watching recording from zoom directly. Its nice that Chorus by ZoomInfo calls don't delete after 90 days like Zoom does (unless downloaded).
