Overall Satisfaction with Chrome Remote Desktop
This is being used by the IT department to aid in remote desktop support and to check in on the occasional computer that has monitors for us. It really helps us when we need to assist someone that is at a remote site and we only need to hop on real quick to get a quick peek at their issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

- It can be used on many computers
- Helpful for remote connections
- If you are not an admin user, it freezes up and does not allow you to see anything
- Sometimes it does randomly crash, and I don't know why
- It has completely aided in remotely assisting users in our company
- Small install and huge help when assisting
- This has increased our response time
This has pretty relevant tools in assisting as well.
