Overall Satisfaction with Cisco IP Phones

It's a great phone that is the best solution for internal communication between our departments. The phone options to call special department numbers [are] great and the phone itself looks very good and easy to use. As for the menu, it is very easy to handle and the phone speaker is great, I can hear it from up to 2 meters.

The buttons can sometimes get stuck and the up and down buttons are not that great. [In] the scenario of calling offshore numbers the phone gets cut off easily. [Also,] the wire of the phone is not that long so when making a private call the wire doesn't [extend] that well.
