Return on Investment

It offers an easy-to-use solution to host meetings for in-house staff as well as external collaboration.
It has security features in place to safeguard the meeting to only extend to the invited participants.
Being able to host meetings for [a] large group of people is definitely a must-have nowadays.

[Cisco Webex Meetings] still has an edge on being a front runner of web conferencing tool[s]. I like the ease of use and the built-in feature to allow collaboration during the meeting. [A] security feature in place is such an important aspect now to provide the peace of mind for anyone who participates [in] the meeting without worrying uninvited guest[s].

Reliability and Availability

Overall it is such a great, easy-to-use tool that everyone can start using without a steep learning curve, which is important. There are so many tools people need to learn to use for collaboration. Being able to pick up and start using Cisco Webex Meetings on day one will make the adoption much easier.

Scalability

It is just easy to use so implementation and scaling can be easily achieved.

Performance

I think the tool is great! Every feature that I used seems to perform well overall. I don't have [many] issues to host or attend meetings. As long as you have decent bandwidth internet connections to attend/host the meeting, the meeting is pretty smooth without any lag.

Likelihood to Recommend

[Cisco Webex Meetings] handles [a] large group of people pretty well. However, inviting people to join the meeting requires some planning ahead.
