Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use it for task management, communication with clients, doc sharing with clients, and communicating with vendors and outside consultants.

It has improved, allowing teams to work more independently but also getting them together in the areas where they need to.
It has allowed me to build our custom workflows inside ClickUp in order to automate and organize them together.
ClickUp provides way more bang for the buck - highly customizable but also totally useable out of the box. It is what you want it to be if you put in the time and know what you‘re doing. Their customer support is also top-notch, and they educate you on using the platform extremely well.
