Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

ClickUp is used to track product development progress, track billable time on projects, and delegate tasks to colleagues. Also, it's used to specify workflows and checklists for different stages of development.
  • Time tracking.
  • Multi-device functionality.
  • Helpdesk service.
  • The way to set up connections with e-mail or other apps is not always straightforward or especially easy to find.
  • Sometimes the interface lags.
  • Per person, about 1 hr per week in planning and timesheet administration is saved.
  • Per project, about 8 hrs of rework and delay is prevented.
ClickUp almost completely prevents e-mail contact between colleagues with the following tasks, as tasks can be easily transferred to a said colleague. Therefore, the use of e-mail improves, as mailboxes are less used as task managers.
For my team, the main issue is that not everyone uses ClickUp. Therefore, we have to use both ClickUp and other ways to work together at the same time.
Especially, the integration, lists, subtasks, and time tracking are way above par and led me to exclusively use ClickUp for all my task management and project progress management.

Very useful for at least in some way standardized processes with multiple contributors, deadlines, and sorts of (sub)tasks. For basic functionality, the list/task/subtask structure might be too complicated.
