Overall Satisfaction with Cloudflare

We have recently implemented CF after moving away from Zscaler. Within our company it is used for firewalls as well as content filtering for all browser traffic when working from the office, or anywhere else in the world with an internet connection. This is currently rolled out to users in multiple countries using laptops, and we make use of the WARP client. It appears to run much smoother and no deterioration in bandwidth or speed has been noticed. The dashboards are straight forward and easy to use and navigate.

It was a very lengthy process evaluating the differences and abilities of each of the products that were on our final review list, having to look at exactly what our requirements are from a security side as well as from a business perspective, and we found that the offerings from Cloudflare met most of these requirements and even provided functionality not available from the other offerings.
The onboarding is still in process as we are currently experiecing issues with implementation in Dubai and the Middle-East. However, the rest of our locations in Africa went smoothly and after initially only using the DNS filtering while waiting for things to get in place, CF was fully enabled and the WARP client was rolled out to all mobile devices within the company. The support from CF has always been what you'd expect from a top company, and assistance is provided where needed in order to get everything working as intended.
Cloudflare support presence has been there during the implementation and help was eagerly provided where needed. Solution finding for special cases and difficulties experienced is prioritized and troubleshooting sessions setup in order to discuss, diagnose, and also to test possible solutions and implement if successful. As mentioned, support has been on the level you'd expect to see when dealing with one of the top providers.

We've had cases where our company was under cyber attack and received phising emails which contained links to malicious and credential stealing websites, impersonating trusted pages, or hosting malicious files to be downloaded. These malicious links were all blocked 95% of the time due to various methods used by CF to detect malicious pages and/or content. We have had a few minor cases where legit pages were blocked, but this was mainly due to domain age, and pages/domains created specifically for joint ventures or projects.
