Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using it across the whole organization. It is great to have one system from start to finish for our projects. Information is entered once & is available to everyone that needs to see it. It is also great that we are working towards going paperless!

Pros and Cons

Love the ability to scan into the system
Tracking costs in real-time for everyone to see

Setting up the system was painful.
Training needs to be more specific to the companies needs.

ComputerEase was only able to handle the accounting systems, CMiC handles the project from start to finish.

Support Rating

When you have an issue, you have to send in a ticket and then wait for them to get back to you. There are times when you need an answer immediately & waiting does not work!

CMiC Construction Platform is great at handling all the different aspects of construction. It is capable of tracking all contracts, change orders, communications with owners, job reports, safety, etc.
It handles costs, payables, sub-contractors, payroll, and the list goes on & on.
