Voip solution for small business. Customizable phone system.

  • Not a fan of the poly phones
  • I feel if the phones were set up better when installed it would have saved a lot of headache.
  • positives are cost when bundling
  • reliable system once you understand the different configurations
The system stacks up well against the previous voip company. Features are there, admin dashboard has a lot of features. I think a better onboarding with the configuration would truly make a huge difference with frustrations.

After being on the BVE system for almost a year now, there were a lot of frustrations in the beginning. I feel we could have saved a lot of headaches with the phones being set up a little differently and getting an overview of the different configurations. The phones seem reliable and call quality is good.
