Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
Concur Travel and Expense and its mobile app helps with keeping track of receipts and submitting expense and travel reports. The mobile app is a convenient solution that allows you to capture receipts via the camera immediately and not have to worry about misplacing receipts or having them lose their legibility in your wallet.
- Camera capture of receipts
- Matching credit card charges and receipts
- Keeping organized
- Removing unused personal expenses isn't obvious
- Room Rate expenses are clunky to put together when you have a lot of extra local taxes
- Integrating email receipts should be easier
- Time saving is the biggest part of this tool
- Not asking manager for exception because of lost receipts is not to be discounted
I'm not familiar with the ERP tools that are integrated with Concur Travel and Expense. As an end user of the product, this is not my area of expertise.
The mobile app. Plain and simple is the game changer for this type of tool. And SAP's mobile app is solid if not very flashy.
As an employee that uses the tool, it simply simplifies the age-old process of submitting expenses for reimbursement. It's a time saver and exactly what a tool like this should be.
