Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
Concur Travel and Expense is being used by my sales team and the entire organization when it comes to Travel and Expenses. It allows us to have a central system of record for expenses for all employees and an approval process to ensure expenses are reasonable.
- It is really a time saver that the corporate card swipe automatically goes into Concur.
- It is great that once you enter a client name, it is very easy to pull that name for another expense in the future.
- I like how the total spend shows the expense dilution per client to determine whether a client event was reasonable.
- It would be great if Concur could sync up with Salesforce. If we add names for a certain client event, it would be great if we could pull those in from Salesforce. Otherwise we are submitting names twice (duplicative).
- It could be helpful for the system to be tied to the credit card in terms of remaining balance left on the card, or time when card will be replenished when the expense is submitted.
- It has saved my reps time from logging in expenses and it ensures that all expenses are captured. This allows them to spend more time in the field on sales.
- It also enforces timely expense submission since all expenses build up, since they are all logged.
Workday was a bit clunky and not as user friendly. Much easier to input names in Concur [Travel and Expense] and see the expense dilution per client.
It has not been integrated with anything. Would love to hear more about this!
Yes, it has helped my team save time and spend that extra time on sales and grow the revenue for the company. The expense system is efficient.
It captures all my reps expenses and then an Admin sends me their consolidated expenses for the year every month. Thus, I can see if they are over or under budget in terms of spending. This insight allows me to make strategic forward thinking decisions based on data and resources that are still available.
