Conductor has been a great tool for measuring the effectiveness of search in relation to our site especially through a site migration.
- Tracks search ranking for key search terms.
- Identifies potential keywords and terms to focus on for SEO.
- Conductor is committed to our success and met on a regular basis to discuss strategy.
- We could do with a lot more keywords to track.
- Updating keywords can be a little tricky.
- It has been very effective in showcasing the effectiveness and importance of search in relation to case deflections.
Conductor does what it does very well, which is tracks SEO in comparison to competitors and focuses on optimizing strategic pages for achieving market differentiation. I haven't seen this level of insight in any other tool.
