Overall Satisfaction with Conga Composer

We use Conga Composer regularly to support companies with specific essential needs as part of their CRM journeys.
It's regularly implemented as a key part of an initial organisation and then we offer ongoing support to enable end users to get the most out of the system.
The use cases are primarily around contracts or sales generation, however it's essential for any customer facing department engaging within the CRM tech stack.
  • Clearly defined templates
  • Quick Generation
  • Implementation and sync with e-signature provide
  • Clear sync field generation
  • Manipulation of existing templates
  • Confused/ unclear error messaging
  • Visibility over send documents
  • Time saved
  • Upskilling staff in other areas
  • Clarity and standardisation of contracts
In terms of the market place it's easily the system out there which has the best ease of use.
I tried to give an objective rating, as generating the merger fields does require a bit of database knowledge and the manipulation of templates seems simple at first however formatting can get tricky.
Speed to market has seen a massive improvement. it has allowed us to be so much more agile, both with internal processes and establishing contracts with customers, which in turn increases their trust on us as an organisation.
In addition it has also taken the strain from the senior team members an allowed juniors to be more involved in critical processes.

Would you buy Conga Composer again?

Yes

Every customer facing department within the CRM tech stack.
Primary focuses should be any regularly generated document which causes huge time saving benefits for generation and sending.
The primary use case is always sales and contract generation.
The less appropriate are documents with a large amount of legal focus as they require constant updating and ensuring that the correct version is always being sent out by end users.
