I manage a team who supports Conga CPQ for clients, it is used by our client for adding products to the cart and driving overall CPQ process.
- it helps in cart management
- customization should be minimalized
- since the application has lot of customization, support engineers are struggling to fix the issue and most of them comes from the managed package, where team has to rely on conga support team, who has very slow progress
