Conga CPQ secures efficient quoting and pricing support for any current and future combination of products and services. Less time spent in the system means more time "out there" selling.

Definitely yes! Conga has improved the performance and stability of the system. The user friendly interface makes it very easy to build the product in a very short time without worrying about running the batch jobs manually. All the jobs are run in the background once any changes are made to the product and its related features.

It's really a question for the sales team. From what I hear is that Conga CPQ should have the ability to have a more flexible configuration process that can be owned by business teams and recommend next best actions based on sales history. I think there should also be a component for syncing Conga CPQ to cases to allow visibility into workload management.

In my opinion, Conga CPQ do help in faster product configuration and placing the orders . it has simplified the process for our org. User experience reported with this tool has been good . The simplified UI is user friendly.

Conga CPQ has saved us time and money by streamlining our product offerings and allowing us to bundle products making it easier for users to see what is in the bundle so they are able to sell the correct stuff the first time. It has also reduced the number of returns and reprocessing of orders which was a great surprise.
