I use Conga CPQ for a healthcare company to build healthcare products sold across the globe. Conga provides a very user friendly interface for the sales reps to place their orders. Helps us run the business smoothly with all the customizations provided. Any issue reported is addressed very actively which helps us to deliver the best.

Definitely yes! Conga has improved the performance and stability of the system. The user friendly interface makes it very easy to build the product in a very short time without worrying about running the batch jobs manually. All the jobs are run in the background once any changes are made to the product and its related features.

Accuracy

There are less than 10% errors on the quotes that are generated via Conga. We rarely come across issues that are caused due to conga OOB functionalities. The quoting process is way quicker and faster without any performance issues. It also helps us capture the flaws/errors occurred in the quote very accurately.

Salesforce CPQ

The understanding and building of products is very easy compared to Salasforce CPQ. The Quoting process is much faster and easier. The functionalities provides for rules are much more compared to Salesforce CPQ. User friendly layouts is one of the best things about Conga CPQ. Very easily adaptable and fun to work with.

The functionalities of auto adding of certain products based on specific criteria is one of the best features according to me. The pricing functionalities are very well curated.
