Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

Screenconnect is used for remote support of users and their computers with real time access as well as running commands.
  • Screen sharing with the ability to view multiple screens to assist end user with questions and issues.
  • Ability to run remote commands without interrupting end user
  • Remote wake command to start PCs without user intervention
  • Ability to set remote session to ignore my mouse movements. Toggle off/on. Reason - with multiple sessions open, moving across screen with my mouse may confuse user.
  • Reduced travel to remote locations
  • Faster response to users questions and issues thus increasing computer access/usability for users.

LogMeIn / Teamviewer / Remote Desktop

ConnectWise provided a cost effective solution and secure solution allowing mirroring of users desktop, remote control without interrupting the end user, and running of remote commands.
One solution to provide agent based / one time support and meetings.

Well suited for remote support without the need for internal infrastructure and for the end user to install a client.
Works well with users that have poor/slow connections.
