Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
We use ConnectWise primarily to provide remote technical support to our clients. It has all the tools and features we need to help us diagnose and address the end users' problems quickly and effectively. We use it on a daily basis and it really makes workflow much simpler for all in the organization to track.
- Remote technical support.
- Remote file transfer.
- Multiple unattended access.
- Sometimes has a hard time sizing correctly to one monitor when guest and host resolutions are different.
- Branding customization could be easier to use.
- No option to change hosting within the US.
- Cost is relatively inexpensive per technician.
- Saves significant time and money compared to on-site troubleshooting.
- The end user can easily install, preventing a lot of confusion with those less technically inclined.
TeamViewer is clunky and requires multiple steps to have an end user connect. It also requires end users to reset or resend connection information regularly.
