Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

We have tried and failed to use other platforms. Cornerstone has been a success! We love that they listen to users' feedback and are constantly innovating for the future of work. The LMS is easy to use and helps support our employees growth and development. There are endless sources of content which Cornerstone connects us with and our employees love. On the admin side the reporting capabilities is a great tool. We look forward to the future together.

It can be a bit complex. There always seems to be some extra step of button to make it work. But the support team does a pretty good job helping us find the solution. The other systems we had were horrible so we have seen a huge improvement in Cornerstone.
Small and medium sized business would find Cornerstone useful. There are great tools to engage employee learning and track their growth. Reporting 2.0 is relatively easy to use and provides insight into development. We love playlist on leaning - although we would love to see more reporting ability on that side.

Cornerstone OnDemand Support

It is easy to submit tickets with Cornerstone. One area of trouble is the multiple websites. researching in multiple locations On-demand and Support Central. I wish it was all one location. When there are issues they are address as quickly as possible. Local resource groups area must in learning something new. I would like to see them more focused on the size of a company rather than just the region.
