- Low-code /no-code features, which enable end-users to simply configure their desired platform without going through development complications.
- Extending marketing functionality with the ability to create landing pages within Creatio rather than use add-ons, and send out bulk SMS. Consent management also would be a great addition.
- The escalation time of service cases has reduced significantly thanks to the features and functionalities Creatio provides.
