Use Cases and Deployment Scope

CrowdCompass is currently being used by 1 department at my company, but another department is going to being using it soon.

Pros and Cons

Allows you to provide your group with all information needed for your event.
They have good support services.
They allow you to get relatively creative.
If you host an event annually, it is easy to copy it over.

Some logic for setting things up is rigid. You need to think outside the box to make things happen the way you want sometimes.
Features change sometimes and you are not made aware.
Their support is great, but I do wish they had chat support.

Return on Investment

We have fewer printed materials.
Each event cost with CrowdCompass is relatively expensive, so you do need to weigh that.
It is easier for stakeholders to see who will be at our event.

Alternatives Considered

Cvent Event Management

I use CrowdCompass in conjunction with Cvent - they integrate with each other.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is well suited if you have a big group, want to disseminate information to them, and want to facilitate networking.
