Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management
We use it for various events throughout the year. It has made planning events so much easier! It is nice to have everything in one place. Before we got Cvent, we used Constant Contact. Cvent has been much easier to manage.
Pros

Cons
- I would like to have the option for more than one sub question on the registration questions. Sometimes it would be helpful to have a sub question added to a sub question.
- We do not sell tickets to any of our events, so it is difficult to determine to ROI. I will say it has made my job a lot easier!
CVENT has SO many more options, is easier to pull up information, and has unparalleled customer support.
