Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

We use Cvent as our event management system as a means to invite current customers and acquire clients to upcoming events, as well as a registration tool for internal events. Our customer-facing events built in Cvent typically have between 15 -75 registrants. Our internal events typically have 250-300 registrations.
  • Website design without HTML knowledge - the new Cvent Flex registration is a game-changer.
  • Cloning events that have already been built out with simple modifications for a new event.
  • Availability for customer service in a variety of ways—chat, phone, email.
  • The new Flex event builder is amazing, however, Cvent rolled it out when not all functionalities were up and running. There are still some critical functionalities that are missing, such as custom URLs in a standard Flex registration.
  • Although intuitive to me now, as a new user, it may be somewhat difficult to navigate at first.
  • Cvent Event Management has saved us significant time in terms of building registration pages for upcoming events.
  • Cvent Event Management has provided our team with professional development opportunities, such as attending Cvent Connect.
Cvent Event Management was selected and implemented before I came on board, however, would recommend it if we were to start the RFP process over again.
Cvent Event Management has event types for all kinds of events: simple registration would be an Express event, and a more standard registration with more complex registration questions would be a Flex event. Cvent Event Management is great for events that require payment, different types of registration paths for different types of attendees, booking air travel, indicating preferences on sessions, selecting sessions, etc.
