Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

My team and I use Cvent Event Management for every single meeting/advisory board/speaker training/webcast. We use it for inviting attendees, registration, and travel/lodging questions.
  • Attendee tracking
  • Sending out emails to all invitees
  • Air requests
  • Hotel requests
  • Registration websites are quite outdated and difficult to edit
  • Helps us gather feedback from attendees
  • Enhances the average number of attendees
  • The air request function helps make booking travel very easy!
I believe Cvent is more expensive but I hear it is worth it, as it is a very comprehensive suite that allows robust tracking,
structured guest interaction, and follow-up in one really easy to use
solution. Once you have a membership, you can use it for as many meetings or events as you need.
Whenever you have a technical problem, you can chat or call the help desk for quick and comprehensive assistance in real time. The Cvent experts are very knowledgeable and are almost always able to help (there has been times where they aren't able to resolve everything though, as they are not coders).

Cvent Event Management is well suited for all meeting sizes, whether you are inviting 10 people, or 500 people. It is less appropriate for a webcast though.
