Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management
The entire conference management and program management departments, as well as business services currently use Cvent. The difference is great for conference management but it fails to meet the needs of programs or business services.
- Registrations.
- Onsite check in.
- Integration with CrowdCompass.
- Surveys.
- Accounting services.
- Detailed transcripts.
- It is expensive.
- It is expensive and charges by registrant.
- We are unable to register our entire lists because of cost.
- Unable to have a single database due to cost.
