Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

Currently, my marketing team and I use Cvent Event Management to keep track of all attendees coming to our events. We share the registration link to invited guests, they sign up and fill in all information we need on our end, and then it is easily organized in Cvent! Super easy to make an event website and it tracks all data so you can make/see all types of reports. Cvent solves the problem of disorganization with attendees and creating events in general, and there are still so many other features I have yet to discover!

  • Ease of creating event websites.
  • The event refund process should be smoother and auto return $ to the people who signed up. We had to cut personal checks for each individual that paid for an event that was then canceled due to covid.
  • The option to build a completely custom report, including the answer to your specific questions upon registration.
  • When designing our websites, sometimes the format is a tad off when making a schedule, so maybe some more detailed and aligned formatting options or templates for common event website pages?

Cvent is great for: Keeping track of attendees and registrants for upcoming events, building many reports and collecting data, creating event website,s and sharing easy links Still could be improved: The entire refunding process. I know Cvent has to make money too, but we had several issues (a lot to do with communication, as every Cvent person we talked too, had a different response on how to successfully refund the event admissions) and it was ultimately a long process to complete the refund.
