Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics

We utilize D&B Finance Analytics to analyze the stability and credit-worthiness of existing and potential customers.

  • Provide less conflicting information
  • Be clearer
  • We have not been utilizing this for long enough to provide
  • any hard details as requested
They are beginning to help with our credit risk management, but at this point we need more time and usage to build this out.
Deployment was very smooth as was the implementation. This is giving us insight into existing customers and helping us think harder about how we handle new customers, especially given the current economic climate.
We felt that D&B Finance Analytics was more well rounded and had more data built on companies we would need to evaluate.
We have not had to contact support (This page would NOT let us skip it, so had to type this and give a '1' above)
