Overall Satisfaction with D&B Hoovers

The sales team (one representative) is the user of D&B. It helps to locate contacts for prospective leads and their team contact information if needed. It helps to confirm locations of certain companies and their divisions.

  • removing outdated contact information
  • integrating with click to dial suck as 3CX
  • Integrating with mailboxes for seamless emailing
  • it helps reduce the outreach time and increases efficiency
  • reduces my research phase by 50%
  • saves me hours of time
I think it does offer what we need to reach our customer but it would be nice if it had a history of the contacts work experience
