Overall Satisfaction with D&B Hoovers

The biggest challenge that D&B Hoovers helps our business overcome is business intelligence. While we were building a business case to enter a new marketing, D&B Hoovers was a vital tool to researching market opportunities.
The primary team that utilizes D&B Hoovers is the marketing team. Our sales team also uses this tool.

When I am searching for company information in D&B Hoovers, I always use the search criteria to drill down into the specific information I need. I particularly like the job role field so I am reaching the exact job function and not a bunch of other roles that will just delete my email.
The richness of the content is great. When I send out email blasts based on the contact information in D&B Hoovers, our bounce rates are very low. I do still see room for improvement but I am confident I am reaching my target customer with the information provided by D&B Hoovers.
I have not used any other competitive products. D&B Hoovers is the first solution I have used and I would not look into other solutions because D&B Hoovers meets my needs completely.

I love using D&B Hoovers for creating marketing email lists - very useful tool. The searching capabilities are incredible and I am able to really drill down to the specific target customer profile I am looking for. Understanding the size and organization of a business we are interested in targeting. Qualifying prospects to strategically target.

Easy to use with basic training. Provides great information on businesses we want to target. The information is mostly accurate and helpful.

Evaluating D&B Hoovers and Competitors

We wanted a solution that was easy to use to get information we needed quickly. Accuracy has also been a huge factor and we find the information is mostly accurate with a few exceptions.
I would look at other solutions similar to D&B Hoovers but I am very happy with D&B Hoovers and would not change at this time.
