Overall Satisfaction with Dashlane

We have several tools that we just use one login for, as it allows multiple logins. Everyone accesses them through Dashlane, and everyone is responsible for their own Dashlane credentials. This way we're able to mitigate any password resets and such. Also, no one ever learns the access and therefore we don't have to worry about changing passwords, we just eliminate access for that user.
  • Password Sharing
  • Data protection
  • Access Granting
  • The field completion feature can be very annoying
  • Not having to pay for multiple seats for many tools
  • Having to pay for any data breach fines
  • Having to go through the pains of massive password resets
I used Kaspersky password management, and that was a very long time ago, this wouldn't be fair. All it was really useful for was keeping your own passwords for your use. Password sharing was not really a feature, nor storing sensetive data.

I can't really say a scenario where Dashlane is inappropriate. You can add all kinds of payment info to Dashlane, and eventhough we haven't used that particular feature, I can say that it is data that is safe and sound. Dashlane is highly protective of it's access. It's great at providing credentials, at storing sensitive data. It is a tool I highly trust. If you pay subscriptions to several tools or services, doing the right thing of not using the same password, this is the right tool to help you manage all that.

Using Dashlane

80 - Password sharing primarily. We use multiple tools across the enterprise, and it allows us to save a ton a money not having to pay for seats when you can have multiple users. We're also a digital marketing agency so having one account to manage all of our client accounts makes much more sense anyways. This way we avoid multiple PW resets.

  • PW storage
  • Storing of payment info
It has served us very well until now and at the pricepoint it doesn't make us second guess our current relationship.
