Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion Secure Email
This is being used by our clients to fulfill meaningful Use 3 Requirements for Transition of Care using DIRECT. This is helping them meet the measure and also provide all transition documentation to the recipient securely via DIRECT email. We are using DataMotion's Restful API to achieve this functionality in our product.
- Their RESTFUL APIs make the transactions really smooth
- Their Customer Support is pretty responsive.
- Their DPP Portal lets us maintain our configuration but at times it is challenging.
- DPP Portal can be dumbed down for anyone to use it not just technical folks
- At times it is nice to speak to someone on phone for issues not just limited to emails
- For using API, we have to create an account for an individual. There should be a separate account for API which should be for the organization.
- The ROI is around MU3 payments
