Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion SecureMail

DataMotion SecureMail is being used at my organization to support our portal messaging feature for our members. It's used across the whole organization. It provides a reliable email server that's linked to both our member portal, where members can send and receive messages and the agent's messaging side, which is powered by different software.

Pros

  • Provides the ability to query reports of inbound and outbound emails from the DataMotion server.
  • Simple interface to use.

Cons

  • More flexible settings in regards to message expiration
  • More attachments
  • Greenlight of a second release of the messaging feature where DataMotion SecureMail was involved
  • Other features might utilize DataMotion SecureMail in the future
DataMotion SecureMail is superior because it is a lot easier to use, the interface is friendly, the security settings are good, and the technical support is excellent. The other email server had issues with some email getting lost or never being sent out. There was a lot of configuration to fix.
The technical support for DataMotion SecureMail was always friendly, responsive, very knowledgeable, and quick. They've always answered my e-mail inquiries within the hour no matter the time of day and seem happy to help. I've been pleased with the quality of support that DM has offered so far, and the same goes for my peers.
