Overall Satisfaction with DemandScience

We used Demand Science for a content syndication campaign targeting HR executives. We offered a download of a white paper or an on-demand webinar video. We then targeted these recipients with an email cadence. We purchased 330 leads.

This s the weak area, as our support dropped for a while when they lost people and others needed to take over the campaign. The response time slowed, and I had to explain the situation several times. But we muscled through to the end of the campaign.
Demand Science was less expensive when quoting cost per lead than Tech Target. Other than that, the program sounded almost the same. I selected Demand Science because I was price sensitive while trying to test whether the tactic of content syndication was effective for us.

Demand Science did deliver the quantity of leads without issue. The data for a few was not accurate (bounced when following up). But they agreed to make good by providing substitute leads to meet the quota. Towards the end of my project, they lost a few folks, and so the end of my campaign got a little rough as they were taking over some assignments midway. But we ultimately completed the SOW. I will say that the leads did not perform well in our email cadence - none converted. However, this was a test of the concept for us. Content syndication had a lower cost per qualified lead than some other tactics, so we tested it. Your results may vary, based on your follow-up and your market.
