Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

Deputy is used throughout our whole organisation which is composed of multiple departments in charge of very different operations with employees working under various awards. Deputy allows us to roaster staff, manage and monitor wages, report on labour cost, approve timesheets and export them to our accounting system for payroll and make sure we are always compliant in regards to overtime.
  • Identify pay rate for particular situation (overtime, minimum shift engagement, etc.).
  • Quick rostering.
  • Clocking on/off for employees.
  • Integration with Xero takes a while to get right in some cases.
  • Some awards rules are flexible but Deputy timesheets rules are often very strict which means we sometimes have to overwrite them.
  • Time saved rostering.
  • Time saved approving timesheets.
  • Improved payroll accuracy.
  • Better legal compliance.

It's very easy to start using Deputy whether you're an employer or employee. Some advanced features require a little time to get used to.
