Scheduling platform. Sales are used as a model to forecast future labour % and assist in future scheduling within budget. Staff use to recive all company comms. and to sign in and out. Deputy feeds in Xero for payroll.
- Alerts staff of upcoming shifts.
- Shows cost of labour in real time.
- Allows for fast scheduling structuring.
- Integration into Xero isn't great.
- Onboarding isn't seamless. I don't need to approve a staffs details - this is their personal info.
- Apps aren't powerful enough. I don't want to switch to a browser for half the usage then back to the app. Hospitality is too demanding for this.
- Pay rates and Xero integration is patchy and doesn't always work.
- Time saved on HR.
