Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

We use Deputy across the whole business for staff scheduling. It makes it easy to staff shifts and we can see at a glance that everything is covered. Staff can also offer out their shifts if they find themselves unable to work.
  • Scheduling staff.
  • Sending notifications.
  • See at a glance all shifts are covered.
  • It would be good to remove breaks so it doesn’t have to be done manually.
  • Saves time staffing shifts.
We moved to Deputy from When I Work as notifications weren’t reliable.

Deputy is very easy to use and the app makes things so quick and easy.
The app was easy to install and we were up and running within minutes.
Deputy makes it easy to schedule staff as we can put shifts out and it notifies all staff. They can then choose their own according to their availability.
