Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

We have been using Deputy for the past year and a half to do all our rostering, signing in and out for shifts, and payroll.
  • The schedule system.
  • Sending available shifts to other staff.
  • Syncing with Xero for streamlined payroll.
  • Onboarding new employees without having all the paperwork is amazing.
  • None at the moment.
  • Enormous amount of time saved.
  • Usability by the team to monitor their own shifts remotely.
  • Payroll accuracy.

I find Deputy very easy to use, the only time it takes a bit longer is if I need to adjust rosters or save a new template. Other than this, it's a great system to use and a lot better than the paper/excel system we were using previously.
We were using it in one of our other services so the centre director there was able to come in and show the team how to use it, various functions and help us problem solve any issues. It was very straightforward and easy for everyone to understand.
It has made rostering staff on each week so much easier, being able to load a saved template and then have everyone's leave populated is great, saves so much time. The app for everyone's phone is great as all staff can check their shifts and see who else is working that day. Having open shifts sent out to staff that they can accept saves so much time and back and forth emails as well.
