Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

We're in the hospitality business with between 30 - 45 employees. We have just started using Deputy and it's so user-friendly, our staff of all ages are loving it, they are able to easily check their schedules, swap shifts, clock on and off.
  • Scheduling.
  • Employee self service.
  • Support.
  • Online chat service could be improved - at times it takes too long to provide a response.
  • Payroll accuracy.
  • Self management for employees - removing workload from payroll/ admin functions.
  • Time saved - less data entry.

Usability is excellent. Our staff of all varying levels are able to confidently use the platform with only a little training.
Training support was good, although I feel that our company didn't take advantage of those training sessions in the beginning so we were running a little blind. Recommend the Deputy success sessions right upfront.
Deputy is excellent for removing the administrative tasks from the payroll function in that employees are able to self-manage through their scheduling, swapping shifts and the managers are able to have a great deal of oversight over what their employees are doing. There's a lot more autonomy with Deputy. Our staff that isn't that comfortable using technology are using the platform confidently and I'm receiving excellent feedback.
