Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk

Client Communication: We use Dialpad Talk to communicate with clients 24/7. We rely on the service for high-quality calls, messaging and conferences both on the desktop application and on the mobile app. It's important that we have a reliable means of communication to reach out to our clients. Salesforce Integration: Having calls and messages synced as Salesforce activities is important for our team because we have many client accounts that multiple internal users track and manage. The ability to automatically log communication into SFDC is huge for our team. Round Robin for Shared Lines: Our team has several shared numbers for inbound calls from leads, so having the ability to use the round-robin logic for these shared numbers is very useful.

  • Usability: Dialpad Talk has a great interface that makes client communication easy
  • 3-way calls and conferencing: we frequently have more than one client on a call and being able to add more than one person is a huge time-saver versus having to use the dreaded Zoom.
  • Reduced time to close for deals; 24/7 communication is very important. We need a way to communicate with clients outside of working hours when we are away from our computers
  • Improve NPS for active clients; prompt communication is important for maintaining a high NPS with our clients
  • Reduced NPS for new leads; several leads complain about the long wait times and inability to leave a voicemail when calling a shared line. This partially has to do with our internal settings, but there's also some bugginess as well.
Dialpad Talk's mobile app and user interface are what sets it apart from competitors. The interface is beautiful, clean and simple both in the mobile and desktop apps. Many of it's competitors either 1) don't have a mobile app or 2) have a mobile app with poor / no SMS support and notable call quality issues.

Dialpad Talk is best suited for teams that manage client or customer relationships 24/7. The mobile app is great and is not something that many competitors offer Inbound call centers: Call routing and logging is great, so teams manage a high volume of inbound calls will be happy to Dialpad Talk Teams that use Salesforce: Call and message logging is very helpful
