Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk

Dialpad was our choice when we were looking for a reliable
and feature-rich option for businesses with remote teams looking to improve
their communication capabilities. It has offered us HD quality voice, providing
clear and concise communication for all our team members. It’s super reliable
and we haven’t had any major concerns regarding its connection, ensuring that
calls are never dropped and important conversations are never missed. The
system also includes a variety of useful features such as call forwarding,
individual voicemail, and call recording, making it easy to manage and organize
all business communications. I would recommend it to any business looking for a
quality phone system.

Dialpad might not be the cheapest option, however, when it comes to reliability is top notch, other phone system providers may
offer a comprehensive suite of services unifying CRM, Chat and Phones. Where Dialpad excels is the adoption of Artificial Intelligence for several of its services, likewise, its API is set to work with Zapier and other automation platforms, which expands even further its features.

Dialpad is perfect for business communications, in hybrid, in office and specially remote teams. Its integration with Zapier adds more functionalities as this allows to be connected with other apps. It's not the cheapest option in the market, but that is compensated through a well designed user interface, HD voice quality and the ability to be portable across fixed and mobile devices. I wish they had a more granular way to grant permissions to its users as currently you can only hear call recordings from different teams if your given admin permissions. All in all is a great system with excellent support and customer service.
